Now I'm strictly on diet.
KENAPA...???!!!!!
Sebab hari tu kan aku dah diet..dah turun daa.. pastu makan x hengat... amik kau.. sekali timbang dah naik balik..!!! Uuwwaaaa.... help..help..!!!! Tidaaaaaak.... Tak sanggup nk tgk penimbang tu dah..
So, I've decided to start back my DIET. Strictly on diet.. Sebelom ni aku diet, mcm mana pun at least dalam satu minggu ada jugak la makan nasi.. But this time is a big NO for NASI ok...!!! No more rice. Seriously NASI makes me so berat n malas.. Hahaha...
FIY, today is my DAY 5 diet already. So far no more rice, Alhamdulillah... Actually Day-6 tapi hari ni x habis lagi.. x tau lg iman ni kuat ke x.. hahahaha.. I've started on last Monday 14th Nov'11. NOW, my weight is 65kg - BMI is 25.4. It fall under "overweight" BMI.. Huhuhu.. :(
So, my target.... By end of this month I can reached 63kg... My BMI as below..(Itu yg sepatutnya laa). By right aku kene turun to my ideal weight 55-60kg mcm tu.. So, Insyaallah by end of this year.. dapat turun ke 60kg dulu pun ok la kot.. And next year... azam baru.. turunkan ke 55kg plak... Insyaallah.... :)
